2) Fair use

Explanation:

Using a copyrighted photo in your report and citing its reference. It is fair use as you gave credits as reference.

It could be more legal if you had taken written permission from the user.

3)Fair use

Explanation: If any software is open source then using it can be answered fair use. Apache server is an open source server. So,anyone can use it for their personal use or for the community use

4)Copyright infringement

Explanation:

  1. Copying someone's work and using it for personal gains is copyright infringement
  2. Selling someone's work by creating pirated contents can also be considered as copyright infringement
